Jim H Highlands Branch , CO August 27, 2023 Hinge damper assembly locked up on our LG top loading washing machine causing the hinge to break. Ordered a new hinge and hinge damper. They arrived within a week. The process to replace parts was very simple. Just had to unscrew the door and top from the body of the machine and replace the parts.
