This was an easy fix. I happened to notice in my freezer that the ice bucket's auger was rusting so I ordered the replacement along with a new ice bucket. I had to transfer the front piece from the old bucket to the new one, but that was four screws and less than five minutes. Main thing - I received the part two days after ordering.
