I turned on my computer. I searched the internet for the specific part number (GE Ice Bucket). I came across a few websites offering replacement buckets around the same price. Then I checked shipping and AppliancePartsPros.com was the only one that would get the item here in a relatively short time-frame for regular shipping cost. Ordered the bucket (big box) Friday morning. and had it in hand Saturday! I did not pay for one day shipping mind you! Or Saturday delivery. And yet, there it was. I still don't believe it.
We opened the box, cleaned the bucket, and slid it into the fridge. For the first time in over a year, we can actually have crushed ice again. To my family, I am a hero.
I will certainly be using this site for future appliance parts!
