How to replace Refrigerator Ice Route Assembly Case. Easy fix with this part. Unplug fridge, shut off water, remove screw on panel, pop out panel (carefully) with a thin screwdriver. Note wire connections, remove old unit (2 screws) , clean gunk thoroughly with cleaner. Reinstall all parts, plug in and you're done. * Note ... for some reason Samsung must have changed positioning of the water tube because this part did not provide a slot for the tube to fit in. Simple fix, by measuring and cutting a slot with a cutting tool (or I used an old soldering iron) This is the only thing that could be difficult about this fix, If you are not comfortable with doing surgery on your new part you probably should send back because the retailer probably would not accept return.
