Watched the very informative repair video and determined that the rectangular hole in drive blade had gotten rounded out and lost its connection with the auger shaft. Replaced the drive blade and dispenser works like new again. Possibly saved couple hundred dollars repairing it myself. Taking reference pics as you disassemble helps greatly with reassembly. Thank you APP for saving me money and for the satisfaction of repairing an appliance without an expensive service call.
