I first thought it was the auger in the ice container so I changed it and it was not the problem. I then talked to ApplianceParts customer service that it might be the yoke on the motor that turned the auger or even the motor itself even though it worked. I ordered the parts, the yoke was supposed to be able to be changed by itself but mind would not come off the motor shaft so I had to cut it off just to remove it from the unit so I had to change the motor anyway because of this. So I advise if you are thinking of replacing the yoke get the motor at the same time because if I had not done that I would have had to wait for it to come once I found out that it would not come off the motor shaft. If I had called a service tech they would have wanted to put in a new ice maker this was much cheper. Now all is well ! Thanks AplplianceParts.
