James N Elgin , OK January 27, 2015 Ice was forming on the bottom of the ice maker I googled the mfg part number on the internet and started searching for similiar issues on the internet. I replaced the water inlet valve after a live chat agent assisted that helped me through it. It was very conveniant and parts may have taken three days to come in.
