I googled what the problem could be. From what I read it was mostly going to be the thermostat in the ice maker not working. I found out how to replace that ($55) and you had to put special cement ($50) on it also. I decided to replace the whole ice maker instead ($80). It works great now and was cheaper! Win-win! I had to google how to remove the freezer drawer door and the top shelf, but it really didn’t take me long.
