We ordered the parts using the parts diagram and reviewed the "how to" video. Though an older part doesn't come apart as easy as the new one used for the video we found the information useful and were able to follow the steps shown.
The new parts were easy to put in place and everything worked properly when done. We appreciate the time you have taken to prepare the videos and for your excellent customer service.
