After numerous times resetting the ice-maker, cleaning it out and still the ice wouldn't drop out of the trays. It just kept overflowing! I watched the video of how to remove the ice-maker, did it, ordered the new tray and motor, installed it again myself, and it works, and I'm a woman!! My husband said that would have been a $300 repair bill, if we hired someone! The website made it easy to order and delivery was fast! Thanks!!!
