Installed a new motor from AppliancePartsPros.com. It was super easy with the video provided by AppliancePartsPros.com
I had a professional look at the issue and they said parts were hard to get and I might have to replace the whole door. Huh?!
I did my own research and found this site with video that confirmed the issue and the part that might solve the problem.
I followed the video and it was really easy. I felt like a pro!
I used a Phillips Screwdriver and a small putty knife to pry the plastic facia off.
I then took a marker and marked the wire terminals so I didn’t have to think when I reconnected. I also took pics before disassembling anything. I didn’t need to rely on them but it was insurance.
