I bought a new motor from you folks via the internet. It said delivery would be two days later. Riiiiiiiiiiiight, says I. Two days later it was on my porch!!!!!
I had already taken the old, non-working motor out, so I thought it would be easy to install the new one. Not quite as easy as the old one came out.
There was a new part to deal with that was not on the original. The directions were fuzzy to me as it really was only a diagram. NOT YOUR FAULT. After I figured out where the new rubber washer went, it WOULD HAVE been a simple installation IF I had a 1/4" drive that was magnetic. Mine wasn't. Laying on my back trying to hold the motor up with one hand and trying to balance the attaching screws on top of the driver while getting the holes lined up was a comics delight. Don't remember how many times the screw fell off of the driver and fell into my face, but is was more than a few times and less than a dozen.
Anyway, when all was connected, it worked like new.
I'm sure that I saved around $100. That's a good thing.
