Thermostat sensor was hanging down. Samsung was not help resolving the problem. I found a YouTube video related to the problem. I removed the ice maker and found that I was missing parts to hold the thermostat to the ice tray. The video have a link to order parts. I called to confirm the parts were correct. I installed the parts and the ice maker produces cubes now. I did need to unplug the refrigerator to get it to recognize the ice maker again.
