First, I had to determine what the problem was. Although the freezer still tecnically made ice it always made a huge chunk and was barely usable. I knew that something was not right and was likley a control or temp problem. Sure enough I finally figuered out the temp sensor on the ice tray (which was hanging in the ice bin) was not in the proper position. I looked online and found the two parts to get it back in right condition. (I am sure the previous owner had previously thrown out the original parts with a large chunk of ice) I will state Samsung leaves the ice maker a bit of a mystry in their literature so it is not straight forward. I assume all the ice makers are all similar and mostly standardized. The parts worked for our Samsung RB195.
