Replaced the ice maker. However this particular ice maker was not as easy as most to replace. The mnfg tapes the lead wires behind the plastic mounting plate requiring not only the removal of the ice maker but also the plastic wall insert the unit is mounted to. You must also pay attention to the removal release of the wire connector attachment located on the front of the connector not on the sides as it appears to be on a visual of the connected unit. In summary due to short lead connectors you have no choice but to remove the plastic wall panel behind the ice maker in order to install this unit. I found it easier to then install the ice unit on the plastic wall panel table top then simply insert the 2nd large connector to the fridge door and reinstall the panel. 15 minutes to complete this install, which usually is a 4 minute ordeal on most units.
