Did some research and determined it was a water supply problem....did more research and found the inlet water supply tube heater bad..I wasn't sure if the part I picked out was going to work...so I called one of your agents...quickly told me I had ordered the wrong part...he quickly canceled my order and placed an order for correct water inlet tube. We received the new parts and it was a simple repair...now everything is peachy...thanks guys ...it's nice to deal with people who take the time to help people "DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME "....THANKS GUYS..
