Did some research and determined it was a water supply problem....did more research and found the inlet water supply tube heater bad..I wasn't sure if the part I picked out was going to work...so I called one of your agents...quickly told me I had ordered the wrong part...he quickly canceled my order and placed an order for correct water inlet tube.
