After 10 years of solid service of providing ice to kids, grandkids, family, friends and numerous big occasions, the old ice maker finally said goodbye. So once again I contacted Appliance Parts Pros to come to my aid. I have used them in the past for other issues and I have yet to stump them on a needed part. It's Saturday evening and I'm sitting in my easy chair watching TV and looking for an ice maker on my iPad. How easy is that? As I was ordering a replacement ice maker I watched a video APP provided on how to replace old with new. OMG! What a helpful way to show how-to rather than simply providing paper instructions. When I received the new ice maker I did not even look at the instructions, I got a nut driver and removed two screws, I unplugged the old ice maker, plugged in the new, screwed in two screws and bodda-bing, ice maker installed! Oh, by the way, that was Tuesday evening. The ice maker had arrived by mail and was waiting on me by the time I got home from work. Thank you APP for excellent customer service.
