I watched your repair video before ordering the parts to make sure that I had properly diagnosed the problem. Your video allowed me to take apart the ice maker bin and determine what parts I needed to order. As a result, I discovered I needed both the drum and the blade.
I received the parts in a couple of days. Doing the repair was really easy after watching your video. It all works great now!
Because of the extra effort you guys made in producing these repair videos, I will continue to use Appliance Parts Pro in the future!
