First, I took a look to see if it might be an easy repair that I could do myself, or else I would have a service guy do it for me. It was easy to take out and I found the part on this site. Ordered it and it came in two days later (on a Saturday by FedEx....did not know they could deliver it so soon!) I put it in ....only took about 10 mins to install. Then waited.....started making ice! Cool!
