I watched the online video you have of how to change an icemaker. To think I paid someone to do this long ago when it is so easy to do yourself. The added bonus came when I read the FAQs also, and discovered the reason my refrigerator door wasn't dispensing ice cubes (only crushed) was the solenoid that controls the augar within the tray had frozen in position and how to easily free it up again. I will definitely be back to your website the next time anything goes wrong with one of my appliances before I call a serviceman. Thanks.
