I replaced the igniter. It took me (along with my husband) less than an hour. It was fairly simple - much easier than I had expected. I had avoided this problem for about three months by not using my oven because I was so overwhelmed by the idea of trying to fix my oven. It was actually quite easy. The hardest part was figuring out how to take the bottom out of the oven, and even that wasn't so hard. Do watch the whole video before beginning a project.
