I couldn't find a video that matched my KitchenAid model KERC506HBS3, but after taking way too many screws out of the back panel, I finally realized I had to go in through the top. It was a little more of a job than I anticipated, but even with neuropathic fingers I was able to get it back together and working. I only had 4 too many screws left from the back panel when I got through. You will need a square head bit to release the side panels from the back panel so you can break off the plastic sides of the control panel. Don't worry about them being broken. The side panels will hold them in place and your range probably won't last that much longer anyway.
