I took the bottom access cover off, and checked underneath the unit to isolate where it was leaking from. Cleaned the cover, and the spot where the leak happened was marked for me. The front, far left hand side, behind the door. Ran a quick rinse cycle with a pan under the spot to verify it was there. It was. Then I did an internet search and found your website. Our dishwasher, bought in November of 2016, was listed, and several of the reviewers said wonderful things about their experiences with your company. One review described a person that had the exact same issue I was, and the lower spray arm was the cause. I read their description of testing to isolate the part, temporarily immobilize the lower spray arm at the 12 and 6 o'clock position (I used twine), and run a quick rinse cycle. I did, and no leak. Ordered the lower spray arm (it is identical to the original), and a 6-pack of the dishwasher cleaning tablets. 6 days later they arrived (economy shipping), and once I was able to see what the replacement looked like underneath, I was able to gently release the old twist on/off ring on the bottom of the lower spray arm. By twisting it counter-clockwise to release, and clockwise to tighten. The scariest part was not having a video of a similar dishwasher to see how the lower spray arm was secured to the part below it. I was cautious and lucky enough to get it replaced without having to order additional parts. I ran a quick rinse cycle and no leak. I put in the first cleaning disk and ran the Normal (3 hr. 10 min,) cycle. No leaks. Thank you for about the easiest and probably not the only dishwasher repair I'll undertake. Regards.
