I read about the particular error code on blogs online. Most people agreed that it was the keypad membrane that was not working. I have never done any repairs on an appliance, but YouTube had great videos of someone changing out that particular part.
I could have ordered the part for less through an appliance supply store locally, but they did not offer any return option on electronics. I ordered through Appliance Parts Pros and they were very prompt in their delivery.
I am thrilled to say that the repair went perfectly! I could hardly believe that it worked when I turned the breaker back on. I am certain that I saved quite a bit of money by making this repair myself.
