Michelle I Hayden , ID September 09, 2014 The kitchen aid oven keypad had an error message saying a key was stuck I read about the particular error code on blogs online. Most people agreed that it was the keypad membrane that was not working. I have never done any repairs on an appliance, but YouTube had great videos of someone changing out that particular part. I could have ordered the part for less through an appliance supply store locally, but they did not offer any return option on electronics. I ordered through Appliance Parts Pros and they were very prompt in their delivery. I am thrilled to say that the repair went perfectly! I could hardly believe that it worked when I turned the breaker back on. I am certain that I saved quite a bit of money by making this repair myself. Stephen H Sunriver , OR July 15, 2018 Appliance: KitchenAid 30`` Slide-In Dual Fuel Convection Range KDSS907SSS05 Spider left web on inside of display membrane Took out display and made the HUGE mistake of using a little window cleaner to remove it. DO NOT EVER DO THIS! It completely destroyed the thin film membrane! There was NO repairing it. The electronics were fine, but had to replace the entire switch membrane at a cost of about $175.
