Cheryl T Green Bay , WI February 09, 2015 Knob broke off at stem It was soooo easy. Take broken knob off. I heard (and found true) a metal sleeve is usually left behind. If your broken knob stem is only plastic when you pull it off, the metal is still on where it slides down. Anyway, my husband easily pulled the metal piece that was left behind off by just grabbing it with his hand and then I just press the new knob on.
