Diane R Fox River Grove , IL January 23, 2015 Knob and timer on dryer were just spinning Ordered the new timer and knob. A few screws to remove and a few wires to connect and that was it! So happy to not have to buy a NEW dryer!!!! Talked to customer support to make sure I could do this job myself. They were very helpful and encouraging.
