As per the video, I checked the rotor and the stator. While the stator looked absolutely fine the rotor seemed to have some wear on the nylon spleen bushing. So I replaced the rotor and the hall sensor that is located on the stator. When I received the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com, I put it all back together and it's running like new.
