I did a lot of googling to try and find the issue and a review that a Robert H posted here fit my scenario perfectly, same dryer and same issue. He said the PCB control board was stuck in the on position and needed to be replaced. I was also able to find the youtube video he posted on how he completed his repair (https://youtu.be/rTzVJmrWcfw). The part arrived right on time, after watching the video I replaced the part...super easy....and my dryer is all fixed. WAY better than having a repairman come out or buying a whole new dryer.
