Multi-issue problem:
Nearly 40-year-old plumbing. Shutoff valve clogged with sediment causing the low flow to the washer.
Washer inlet valve filters clogged with sediment.
Washer inlet valves questionable (washer purchased in 2007) due to sediment

A new washer shutoff valve.
New hoses
New cold/hot water inlet valves purchased from AppliancePartsPros.com
AppliancePartsPros.com saved the day. I originally tried to order the parts directly from LG, but AFTER completing the order I was told the cold water inlet valve was out of stock (encompass website shows it as IN STOCK - WILL SHIP TODAY) and would not ship for approximately 10 business days. AppliancePartsPros.com stated the items were in stock and would ship immediately. They were, they did and I had the parts the next day for the repair.
