I first did my research and thought it was a bad control board. Odered that part and replaced it to find out that wasn't the problem! I went back online and spoke with the assistant to find out that I needed to replace the control panel. Ordered that part and replaced it and that resolved the problem!! I was able to do it in 15min on my own...boy was I proud of myself and so was my husband knowing I could do it without his help!! Also saved me$$$ on having a appliance service come out.
