When our Samsung Refrigerator Control Board Lights stopped working, we had quotes for fixes from local repair groups that ranged from $400 to $500. The refrigerator was now 11 years old and not worth an expensive fix. Instead, we bought the replacement part recommended by AppliancePartsPros.com for about 1/3 of the other repair quotes. We installed it ourselves following the superb video link recommended by ApplaincePartsPros. Per the video, we also bought a heat gun for one of the steps described in the video. Both the replacement part and heat gun were delivered quickly. The video gave great instructions that we easily followed. In the end, we quickly had a fully functional refrigerator that will hopefully last for many more years. DIY does not get much better than this.
