Based on other customers reports read on the APP website, I first replaced the clutch assembly and the motor coupling. This did not fix the problem. I then called for tech support and was told to check the Tub Drive Block. I replaced the Drive Block and that fixed the problem. Therefore, I replaced two parts that were not functionally faulty. I would recommend others to call tech support before selecting a part to replace. Based on all the symptoms experienced, they may be able to identify to most likely fault.
