Initially fixed the gear drive, splutch and had new belt, but once I got under the machine I realized the belt had destroyed the pulley on the electric motor and the belt guard. I installed the new gear drive and splutch, then once I got the motor and belt guard in, I installed those. The motor and guard took 15 min total to complete. Perhaps, the only thing wrong was the belt and pulley, but I’m glad I changed it all out, and now know everything is new under there!
