After replacing a defective condenser motor and fan along with the compressor start relay and compressor overload protector switch, I found that the voltage coming from the controller board was way to low; hence, I purchased a new controller board. I put the new board in along with a new run capacitor and...voila...she is good to go and has been running fine. I am a rank amateur but after digging and digging info and videos on the internet, I got her done!
