Jenna M Greencastle , PA January 12, 2019 Lower dishwasher dish rack was rusting and falling apart Bought a new rack. The new rack works fine however when I pulled it out of the box, one of the roller wheels was completely broken and cracked and the post it attached to was bent. I was able to salvage it by taking a wheel off of the old rack and straightened the post but for $200 I should have gotten an intact replacement.
