Bottom replacement rack is a complete unit. Simply slid the old, rusted one out and slid the new one in.

Bought them:) The top rack was more difficult as the water "spout" on the bottom of the top rack needed to be removed and put on the new rack. There were no instructions, and it was difficult to get snapped off. I didn't want to break it. It was easy to snap in place on the new rack however, once I got it off. The bottom rack just slid on.

Changing baskets is no-brainer job, as they come complete with all plastics and rollers. Upper slides require removal of the stoppers, but this is easy task, just squeeze them and pull back. After replacing the basket, insert them back. Heating coil is a different story. After chasing Internet for the advise, I found instruction: Remove front bottom cover. Memorize the location of the end of the heating element Unplug the wires and undo the plastic nuts holding element from underneath of washer. Impossible! To replace heating coil you MUST (at least partially) slide the washer from under the counter. When you have access to the washer from the back, the task is easy as walk in the park. Remember to run washer without bottom cover, just to check for any leak.

I ordered a new bottom rack for my dishwasher. I could not find a compatible rack anywhere on the web, and then I found Appliance Parts Pros. The representative was extremely helpful and assured me that with calling in versus ordering online puts the responsibility of the right part fitting on them rather than you, so if your unsure at all call and talk to a representative. The part came quite quickly within a week or so and it fits perfectly. I also bought the touchup paint to try to preserve the top rack and just applied it yesterday, so time will tell. I have high hopes it works. I would definitely order from Appliance Parts Pros again. BTW they are located in TN, so it is a US company.
