Removed the bolts with a socket attachment on my cordless screwdriver. Pulled the element out, removed the wires and clamped them with a binder clip so they wouldn't slip back into the wall. Then attached the new element. Checked the temperature with an oven thermometer, and it was right on. Super easy repair.
