I replaced the diverter motor. Used videos on the web to walk me through it. I also "chatted" with the online help service by posting a question. They also sent me the service manual so I could run diagnostics.
It was harder to get the unit out the quasi-permanent mounting to the cabinets than it was to actually replace the motor. Probably saved $200 and a week of time doing it myself.
