I ordered the lid switch assembly and lid strike,I watched the repair video several times(put it in my "favorites" on my computer so i could re-watch it if need be),wrote down the steps to the repair and waited for my parts to arrive.The parts arrived promptly,the 1 year return policy is awesome!! I procrastinated for a week but, finally did the repair yesterday afternoon.My repair went EXACTLY as the video showed!! I had a little trouble getting the cover off but, the parts were an exact replacement as the originals.I put the machine back together and so far it is working like the day we bought it 15 years ago! I will use Appliance Parts Pro for all my future needs!
