Sarah C Lafayette , LA September 08, 2015 My magic chef refrigerator would not work properly the regrigerator would not cool the freezer would not freeze! I ordered a defrost timer which took my husband 5 minutes to put in. One minute to unplug the refrigerator, Two minutes to unscrew the little box at the back of the fridge where the defrost timer is housed, Another 3 minutes to unplug the old DT put the new one in and replug the fridge. That sure beats the $300 and some odd dollars that I was going to shell out to get it repaired. The refrigerator is working as good as new and I am more than thrilled:) Feeling truly blessed!!
