Well, I called GE customer Service. They came by and diagnosed the problem, Faulty Main Board. Problem was that they had it on Back Order until JANUARY ! Thus, they recommended to buy a New Unit and they gave me a Mail in Rebate for 100 bucks or so ...
After browsing new units and realizing that the price was around the 900 bucks I started to look online. I ended up on your website and someone on the chat, great person certainly doing a good job, I gave him/her the Part NUmber of my washer and he recommended the Main board available in stock. To my surprise as GE had in on Back order, then I texted the GE tech and asked him for the Main Board Part Number that he said it was faulty. He texted me the part number and BINGO it was the same part number your technician recommended, I placed the order right away and I accepted a 30 dollars expedite shipment so I received the Board one day after and I replaced it myself, basically 6 screws and a few plug in connectors and that was it. Washer working at its 100% as always ... Amazing Customer service!
