DISASSEMBLE DRYER FIRST! I made the mistake of ordering parts based on other people's repair comments. The parts I ordered were all needed, but I didn't order the "dryer drum front support bearing", which was badly worn due to the original bearing tabs being totally disintegrated. So, I ended up paying shipping costs twice! Also, I changed the belt, since it was the original on a 14 year dryer. Also, if you are having any trouble placing the new belt on the motor shaft , take a look at the video showing "How to replace the rear drum bearing". - it gives you a lot clearer picture of how to reinstall the belt around the tension pulley. Other than that, it is not that difficult to work on.
