Ordered the right part by entering the model number of my microwave. The part was here within 2 days. However, I didn't replace it right away. When I did and tested the unit, it still gave me a "Attention: your need to change your charcoal filter" message.
I chatted with Shelly, who helped me figure out that I needed to reset the reminder. Very helpful. It was a painless process and I learned some things. :-)
