Aleta G Waxhaw , NC April 05, 2014 Appliance: General Electric Free Standing Microwave JVM1851SH06 My appliance gave me a message that I needed to change my charcoal filter. I went to your website to read the manual for the over-stove microwave. Well, after I accessed the place where the charcoal filter would be, I found out that there was NO CHARCOAL FILTER AT ALL! No wonder the circulating fan did not take cooking odors out of the room! So your website told me what to order, I ordered it and it was here in no time! So, the microwave was installed by the builder of this house and he never installed the filter. The previous owner must not have done a whole lot of cooking, but we do. So we will now have the air filtered when we cook and it should improve the air quality in the house. Thanks.
