Well, after I accessed the place where the charcoal filter would be, I found out that there was NO CHARCOAL FILTER AT ALL! No wonder the circulating fan did not take cooking odors out of the room! So your website told me what to order, I ordered it and it was here in no time! So, the microwave was installed by the builder of this house and he never installed the filter. The previous owner must not have done a whole lot of cooking, but we do. So we will now have the air filtered when we cook and it should improve the air quality in the house. Thanks.

After going to Appliance Parts Pros website, and reading the options available and recommended based on how the microwave is installed and vented, I decided the charcoal filter was the way to go.

Changed them.

I was watching a "Home Repair" program on TV and wasn't aware that my microwave was equipped with a charcoal filter. We upgraded all the appliances in our kitchen two years ago and hadn't changed the filter. I researched the filters on the computer and discovered that "Appliance Pros" had the best prices for this part. I ordered a couple, delivery was quicker than I expected, installed the parts in a matter of minutes.

Some disassembly to remove filter and do some clean-up.
