Step 2: Go to YouTube.com and find the Appliance Parts Pros channel, search for "microwave door handle," and review the video while wife and daughter are out so I can look like I know what I'm doing later when the part arrives and the ladies are around to see me in action. Step 3: With a putty knife and a Phillips screwdriver, perform the repair as demonstrated by Matt in the YouTube video. Step 4: Inform my wife that the door handle is fixed within 7 minutes of bringing in the mail on the day the new door handle arrived. Step 5: Bask in the adoration of my wife and daughter, which they lovingly shower upon me for being such a handy guy who fixes our stuff instead of wasting our household budget on new stuff every time something breaks, acts funny, or causes them to think it might be wearing out.
