Do-It-Yourself Story

Purchased a home built in 2015. The wall cabinets were terraced out from the wall with the center one being out the furthest. Microwave was mounted too far back so that the vent grill was under the cabinet causing discoloration to the door. Additionally, the vent hole in the cabinet was off center so the exhaust fan flap couldn't open. Removed cabinet and found one of the self centering mounting bolts to be stripped out and the plastic vent grille broke. Cut the proper size opening for the exhaust vent and remounted with the new hardware assembly kit using a Philips screwdriver. The vent grille is back ordered, but since the microwave is now properly mounted I have access to the screws to install once I receive it.
