Pulled the built-in unit to replace a lightbulb. Turns out the bulb is custom and the replacement bulb from Home Depot didn't fit, so I needed to order online. Pros.com and several other online retailers had the part including Amazon, however, Pros.com offered roughly the same price and quicker delivery. I ordered the bulb on a Tuesday evening, using regular delivery and had the part in-hand Thursday afternoon. I also received status updates via email confirmations. So, I would say that for my next appliance repair, AppliancePartsPros.com will be the first place I go and hopefully the quality service will continue.
