Craig R Naples , FL May 03, 2016 Microwave turntable not turning Discovered problem was with the coupler (plastic piece) that the turntable sits on was broken, resulted in the turntable remaining in only one position. Searched for the problem online and was immediately led to AppliancePartsPros.com. I believe from the time I ordered the part to its' arrival was 2 days, at most. Repair took about 15 seconds.
