I ordered a new microwave turntable motor because the turntable was not turning. When I installed it, I realized it was not the motor afterall, but the turntable coupler that was broken. I ordered a new coupler and AppliancePartsPros.com was wonderful enough to let me return the motor and I have ordered a new coupler. The coupler is on its way and that should do the trick.
